ARCTIC WEEKEND
2.-4.10.2025

Inspired by snow - driven by stories

Arctic Weekend is a gathering for those who live for snow — and the stories born in it.
Held at Ruka ski resort, the festival is a perfect way to start a new season while celebrating the soul of skiing and snowboarding through a variety of films, talks, and shared experiences alike. No matter your experience or style, come ride Ruka’s fresh slopes and park, test new gear, and enjoy epic films and talks.

New this year

Arctic Weekend is turning up the focus even more on films and the people behind them — from all corners of skiing and snowboarding, while highlighting riders and creators from the North. Whether it’s big freeride missions, creative park edits, DIY stories, or time spent outdoors chasing snow, we’re here to celebrate every style and every perspective.

We are also very pleased to introduce the Arctic Weekend Awards — Evening dedicated to recognizing the riders and filmmakers who are shaping snow culture today. With categories including Freeride, Freestyle, DIY, and Outdoor, it’s all about celebrating those who dedicate their time in the streets, parks and mountains, both on the snow and behind the camera.
